WPT Investigated

The Securities and Exchange Commission has begun to take a look at the WPT deal.
After Doyle Brunson (the well-known poker professional) announced that he is trying to take over the conmpany that organizes the World Poker Tour (WPT Enterprises) for seven hundred million dollars, the SEE decided that it was time to take initiative and look into this financial transaction and check if such a purchase goes against any of the federal laws that determine such transactions.

Because of this plan, investors went crazy after the stock of the World Poker Tour and it reached the amazing sun of twenty-six and a half dollars per share, but this reduced as suspicion arose that this bid might be investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
