The Small Town Poker Tour has announced a chain of Texas Holdem tournaments being held at Native American Casinos across the country. The proceeds from the events will go to the North American Indigenous Games.
The tour will be held only at Native American Casinos Across the country “With the immense popularity of poker, it was a natural for us to join forces with the Small Town Poker Tour to raise much needed funding for this noble cause,” stated the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Native American Sports Council. The Executive Producer of the STPT added, “This is what the STPT is all about – a great game and great causes. In Canada the games are funded by the government, but in the U.S. they rely solely on private funding from individuals and participating tribes”.
In addition to cash payouts, the STPT are offering a seat at the World Series of Pokers Main event and travel expenses. The Schedule of events should be released soon.
