Poker Stars offer something that is called the Frequent Player Points System. According to this, players are rewarded for playing poker online no matter how much they lose. A point is granted according to the following rules:
- Online Play - you get one point when the rake reaches anywhere between half to one dollar according to the specific game.
- Tournament Play - you are granted five points for each dollar you play with. Note that you don't receive points for the free tournaments.
What Can I do With the FPP points?
