Helpful Advice for aspiring Red Dog Poker Players.

There are not many Red dog poker tips out there but here are some of the guidelines I use when playing. They have helped me and maybe they will help you also.

The first Red Dog Poker tips I can give you is not to try to get rich from playing this game. You will not make your fortune on this game. The only way to get a big payoff is to bet big on the long shots. The long shot in Red Dog Poker would be when the spread is very small like a 1 or a 2. Most of the time the next card will not be in the spread and you will lose more times and money then you will win with this strategy.

In general if the Red Dog Poker spread is less then 7 you should not raise. On occasion it is ok to take a risk if you have a gut feeling. A Good poker player will always follow his gut. But this does not mean take a risk every hand because your gut tells you so. A great poker player knows when to follow his gut and when to shut his gut up.

The last Red Dog Poker Tips I have is that if the first 2 cards dealt are the same always raise the bet. If you lose you get the money back and if you win you get paid at 9:1
